Follow-up system for schools on the Madrasti platform: each school looks up its thank-you letters and response form by statistical number, and the admin dashboard aggregates the indicators day by day. For 18–21 Oct 2026: 740 thank-you letters, 764 of 990 required responses submitted (77.2%), and the main challenges were platform slowness (36.9% of 731 schools) and login failures (17.6%), with response rates by sector and stage and response timing.

Educational Discipline Monitoring

Field-visit platform for Aseer Education: the visitor enters the school statistical number and the school details load, then actual attendance of teachers, administrators and students (absence rates computed automatically) and 12 school-leadership discipline items, including the execution rate of weekly learning plans. It has logged 5,832 visits to 2,294 schools (62.6% coverage): student attendance 88.3%, teachers 93.2%, discipline index 94.9%. The admin dashboard classifies schools (disciplined, partial, needs follow-up) and shows item compliance, discipline by governorate, stage and gender, the daily trend and the highest-absence schools, with Excel export and a data-protection policy.

100-Day Plan — Public Follow-up Dashboard

Public dashboard following the 100-day plan across schools: overall completion (45,802 of 49,628 targeted school tasks = 92.3%), task status (done, in progress, not done, overdue), week-by-week completion and working days left after holidays, with an automatic alert when execution falls behind schedule.
